Privacy policy
Effective from 26 October 2026.
This page explains what personal data jvgraphix.com collects, why, how long I keep it and what your rights are, under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The site uses no cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising.
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is Vojislav Jotović (JVgraphix), Bor, Serbia. For any question about your data, write to info@jvgraphix.com.
2. What I collect and why
- Contact form and email. When you send an inquiry or write to me directly, I receive your name, email address, project type and message. I use them only to reply to you and, if we agree to work together, for the project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then performing that contract.
- Spam protection (hCaptcha). The contact form uses hCaptcha to tell people from automated programs. This processes your IP address and technical data about your device and browser. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of protecting the site from abuse.
- Server logs. Like every server, the hosting records technical data about visits (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) for security and to keep the site working. The legal basis is legitimate interest.
- YouTube videos. Videos on the blog load only when you click them, through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Until that click YouTube receives no data; after it, YouTube's (Google's) terms apply.
3. Who receives the data
I do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing. The site relies on these service providers:
- Contrateam: website and email hosting, servers in Germany (EU).
- Web3Forms: the service that forwards contact form messages to my email.
- hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc., USA): spam protection for the form, under their privacy policy.
- YouTube (Google): only if you play a video.
Some of these providers operate outside Serbia and the EU, so data may be transferred to those countries, with the safeguards each provider applies under its own privacy policy.
4. How long I keep data
I keep messages and correspondence while we are in contact or working together, and for no more than two years after the last contact, unless the law requires longer (for example for invoices). The hosting keeps server logs briefly, under its own rules.
5. Cookies and browser storage
The site sets no cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising, which is why there is no cookie notice. The only thing it remembers in your browser is the text size you chose (the T+ and T- buttons), stored only on your device. hCaptcha and YouTube may use cookies inside their own frames that they need to work.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable form and object to its processing. Just write to info@jvgraphix.com and I will reply within 30 days at the latest.
If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, Belgrade (poverenik.rs). If you live in the EU, you can also complain to the supervisory authority in your country.
7. Social networks
Links to YouTube, TikTok and other networks lead to their own sites, where their privacy policies apply. The site has no embedded plugins or pixels from those networks, so it does not tell them about your visit.
8. Changes
If the way data is processed changes, this page will be updated with a new date at the top. For questions or requests, write to info@jvgraphix.com or use the contact page.
