Brief

JVector is a free vector editor that runs in the browser, and it needed a home on the web: a place that explains in a few seconds what the editor is, lets people open it with one click, and grows over time with release notes and tutorials. The site had to feel as polished as the tool, load fast, and work just as well on a phone as on a desktop.

Approach

The home page tells the story through motion. A 3D laptop sits closed under the headline and opens as the visitor scrolls, then turns from side to side while the screen shows the editor at work: a pen tool drawing a real bézier curve, then node editing shaping it. Each feature gets one short heading and one sentence, so the page reads at a glance.

Behind the home page sit a blog for releases and a tutorials section where each guide is a short, practical page, some with interactive diagrams. The editor itself lives at jvector.net/app, one click from every page. I designed and built the site, registered the domain and set up the hosting: secure https, redirects and caching, so updates go live as soon as they are uploaded.

Result

A fast, static product site at jvector.net that presents the editor, hosts its documentation and is easy to extend with every new release. The same process works for a company presentation, a portfolio or a small online shop: design, build, domain and hosting, delivered as one job.

A 3D laptop opened on the JVector editor, drawing a bézier curve, next to the heading Draw real bézier paths The laptop turned to the other side for the node editing section, Shape every curve, node by node The Learn JVector tutorials page with illustrated entries for the interface and the toolbar The jvector.net home page on a phone, with the headline Not a replacement, but a gateway The Interface tutorial on a phone, set in a single readable column
